CANCELLATION POLICY
You can easily cancel/reschedule an appointment by using our online booking system or giving us a call. Please leave us a voicemail if it is outside of our operating hours. Unlike most clinics that have a standard 24-hour policy, we have a schedule friendly 12-hour policy! A credit card is required in order to book an appointment and will be charged the full price of the appointment for any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice. If this is your first appointment and you do not show up or notify us of cancelation, due to the high demand of new patient appointments, we will not be able to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your understanding of the policies! We want to continue to offer low cost treatments, these fees and policies are in place to ensure the clinic is properly funded to keep our prices low for you!
